I believe everyone deserves a coach. My own coaching experiences have profoundly impacted my personal development and wellbeing throughout my HR and people leadership journey. I’m convinced of the transformative power that asking crucial questions can have on our lives and careers. While you still need to do the hard work to find the answers, having the right challenge, structure, and support from a coach makes the process much more achievable. 

My HR career officially began in 2015, but my journey as a people professional started long before, with a focus on fostering positive work cultures and innovative approaches.

I've worked across diverse organizations, from a 70-person office to a global team of 2,000 across 17 countries, spanning industries from electronic engineering to destination management. My experience includes roles in listed companies, public-private partnerships, national banks, and start-ups, with a particular interest in technology and emerging businesses.

In 2018, I earned associate membership of the CIPD (UK Professional Body for HR & People Development) with a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management. I am committed to ongoing development through additional training and certifications—see below for my latest activities.
